It is Rejoice to see kids eating .. here you go .. few more wheat recipes!!!
Heat 2 tablespoon full of ghee add wheat and fry mix without lumps. Once aroma heads up add sugar . Stir well until it swirls and comes.
Variations
A. Can add milk
B. Grind dry fruits to fine powder or paste
and add along before add wheat in
ghee.
C. Add cardamom .

Heat jaggery a palmful and strain . To it add , wheat , cardamom powder, a spoon of ghee. And use paniyaram kal to make paniyarams .
Variations :
A. Add dry fruits powder.
B. Add bananas or kerala banana(nenthram
pazham,).
C. Can make sweet little dosas.

3. #Wheat_Puttu (karam/spicy version(for elders and grown Kids ) ):
a. Roast wheat flour and keep aside.
b. Heat oil , add 1 onion, garlic 2 pods green chilly 1, hing .One or 2 mint leaves, coriander, turmeric , chilli powder and roast well, once onion starts browning, add wheat flour and sprinkle water little by little until it gets cooked well. Can be cooked open .
