Sweet Reciepes:
A variety of dishes served creates good appetite and it becomes a satisfaction if kids love em'

Kids love sweets and a healthy sweet gives happiness to both ends .

1. #Nuts_Halwa
Take dry fruits of your choice: cashews, badam, pista , walnuts, hazelnuts ,raisins etc.. add cardamom, sugar , milk and Grind everything to smooth paste. Heat ghee and add the paste to it and keep stirring until it swirls. Yummy halwa ready to eat . Good way to give nuts to kids!

Variation :
A. can add dates and create dates halwa.

B. Grind all nuts dry grapes raw and make balls and store in airtight container and give one or two balls everyday. Can store max of 4 days.

2. #Ragi_Peanut_Puttu
Heat a teaspoon of sesame oil, Roast peanuts and sesame seeds and Grind coarsely along with jaggery(make sure of no dust) . Keep aside. Heat a spoon of ghee and roast ragi . Sprinkle watered little by little and keep trying. Close and cook and roast in intervals. Cool and add the ground mixture.

Variation :
add salt water to sprinkle
Can add coconut if desired.

3. #Sweet_Pumpkin_Payasam
Cook moongdhal with sweet pumpkin adding salt ,little turmeric and a drop of oil. Mash well . Heat a spoon of ghee and roast nuts and raisins. Add milk and jaggery and heat well and add to sweet pumpkin dhal. Add cardamom and heat up to 5 mins .

Variation : Can add coconut milk

4. #Dhal_Halwa
Soak any or all dhal (moong, toor, channa)a little handful, for 5 or 6 hours and Grind along with milk, dry fruits, sugar and cardamom. Heat ghee and add the mixture and fry until swirling. Decorate with roasted nuts of choice.

5. #Rava_Payasam
Heat ghee and dry roast nuts and add rava and little salt to it and roast for few mins. Add milk to it stirring to form no lumps , add jaggery or sugar and cardamom. When fully cooked, add bits of bananas to it .

6. #Rava_Sweet_Puttu
Heat ghee and roast nuts and add rava and roast for few more mins. Sprinkle water little by little and close and open in regular intervals to roast until rava turns soft. Let it cool completely. Add sugar,cardamom and grated coconut .

P.S :Salt is optional to sweets but enhances taste .
