It is better to be approachable than a boss .
Explanation:
When it comes to office or parenting, a person been approachable earns respect than one who is bossy .
Example :
If you are a heading a team , be available to solve the problems rather question the problem .
Scenario :
There is an issue at the office , a defect that has laid down the day, then, things to be done by the lead :
1. Cheer up the team. Just Say ,"it's just a small black mark to stay alert ! "
2. Commit yourself to solve the problem instead of asking to resolve. It increases panic and delays work. If not bring help of handy person as possible to give additional hands.
3. Make sure to create awareness of the loss the defect incurred in a participative way. ("Our error lead to this instead of your fault.").
4. Whenever there is a problem , give attention to help rather than advise .
5. Involve in work and understand from subordinate point of view and explain viddu view.
6. Most of all , keep updating yourself to have best knowledge about the team which helps in good planning and estimate effort for prompt delivery with minimal or zero defects!
Similarly, be a approachable parent to a kid who then tells you everything and is grown a best child. !!!

Heat oil, add mustard, split urad dhal ,jeera, hing and add onions , once turned translucent add mashed kizhangu . Gel onion and kizhangu well. Example: If you are given a harsh comment, try to look at the point instead how it has been told or understand the nature. Scenario: If a person comments your work, or has a point against your point:: 1.  you be a judge (third person view)and try to understand everyone has their own point. 2. if you feel the other person has a right point that can be learnt, just take it. 3. Do not look at the way they imply it. And understand thats how they know to say it. 4.If their planned motto is to hurt you, prove them wrong . You don't need to oblige such person. 5. Or if you have even more holistic approach, (maturity at its peak), simply ignore and stay calm. #TryIt
