Point to Ponder:
Keep moving away towards the outer circle from the center point until you reach the fringe.

Explanation :
It is only when we come out of the mindset of being center of attraction do we learn more and gain maturity.

Example :

We might have been a pampered child at home, but if we still behave in same way, we are still to attain growth. Only when we head up above and move from the place towards outer end and be more responsible, then we get more visibility and more maturity than when in centre being pampered.

Scenario:

When we are having a fight with spouse , remember to try the following .

1. We are a step promoted from girl to woman.

2. Still promoted to a role called Wife.

3. So we are to think from the angle of entire family and not just ourselves.

4. Instead of seeking solution , try giving one.

5. If we are to be a solution provider, we have to not be pampered but in a position to pamper / Cuddle others (in a advisor term) .

6. Hence do not wait wasting time for spouse to pamper, console, solve a problem but initiate one !

7. As we try to increase our stature with different cader  at official level , same is to be applied at personal level. We got grow more and be in the family heading position than being dependent on someone. That is what personality development truly mean.

8.. As we grow more on a giving fashion , rather than being on receiving edge, the more self confidence we gain, the more we establish  and  empower!

Heat oil, add mustard, split urad dhal ,jeera, hing and add onions , once turned translucent add mashed kizhangu . Gel onion and kizhangu well. Example: If you are given a harsh comment, try to look at the point instead how it has been told or understand the nature. Scenario: If a person comments your work, or has a point against your point:: 1.  you be a judge (third person view)and try to understand everyone has their own point. 2. if you feel the other person has a right point that can be learnt, just take it. 3. Do not look at the way they imply it. And understand thats how they know to say it. 4.If their planned motto is to hurt you, prove them wrong . You don't need to oblige such person. 5. Or if you have even more holistic approach, (maturity at its peak), simply ignore and stay calm. #TryIt
