Dosas, a little modification
It is always a challenge to make kids eat ! Please try these reciepes so as to make it interesting for kids and be excited as moms to do more !
Reciepe of the week !
Making them eat vegetable rich breakfast (esp. If they dont eat vegetables at all)
1. Keerai Dosai :
Boil spinach in water little cumin and 3 to 4 peppercorns,a pinch of asafoetida. Once cooked grind it to paste and add to dosa batter. Green dosa ready !
2. A slight variation :
Heat oil add cumin pepper . Add little onion a piece of tomato and spinach . Add little turmeric and hing. You can also add dry chilli green chilly or chilly powder to increase spics level if preferred. Grind it and add to dosa batter.
3. One more !
Heat oil add cumin and add grated carrot/ beetroot or both. Saute with salt hing a little chilly powder. Once cooked add to dosa batter. Cruncy vegetable rich dosa ready !
