Here you go ... These recipes would go good for evening times !!!

1... Kneading the dough as usual with light extra efforts as like previous dosa batter reci. #Chappathipe.
A. Instead of plain chappathi we can go adding a little turmeric , chilly powder hing to increase taste .
B. #Keerai_chappathi : instead of water, knead dough with spinach juice. (Boil spinach in water with pepper cumin hing and once cooked grind along with water and add to wheat flour ) . Yummy green chappathi !
Extract juices of beets and carrots or both and knead to dough...(variation : again wen extracting can add pepper jeera hing turmeric chilly powder or any combo from above of choice) . Reddish or pinkish chappathi 😊😊
D. #Methi_chappathi: cut fenugreek leaves to finest (pls do not grind it increases bitterness).
And add to flour ,raw ,adding salt hing and turmeric (chilly powder is optional). And make chappathis.
E. #Aloo_chappathi : cook potatoes until they become real paste. Heat oil add little mustard hing turmeric and fry potato paste ,,well. add bit salt to adjust with dough 's. Add this to dough and knead well. Hello..Yellow yummy chappathi for tummy full ☺️☺️!!
F. #Potato_carrot_chappathi : while cooking potatoes add one carrot . Rest remain same .
G. #Peas_chappathi: boil peas mash well fry once with hing turmeric bit of salt and add to dough .

"Note : Lesser vegetable's visibility, the more kids prefer (mostly) . "
